Delivery & Cold-Chain Policy

1. Coverage area

We deliver fresh fruits across India to all pin codes served by our courier partners.

2. Shipping charges

          Prepaid orders: Free shipping on all prepaid fruit orders.
COD orders: ₹49 handling fee applies.
Orders over ₹499: Free domestic shipping on prepaid baskets above ₹499.

        

3. Delivery timelines

Metro cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Remote areas: 6–9 business days depending on courier coverage.

4. Packaging

Fruits are packed in ventilated chilled liners inside sturdy cartons to preserve freshness during transit. Delicate varieties receive additional protective wrapping.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods promptly.
